K3-K4 (3 days/week) Half Day - $2,340 per year ($234 per month for 10 months)
K3-K4 (5 days/week) Half Day - $3,180 per year ($318 per month for 10 months)
K5 Half Day - $4,680 per year ($390 per month for 12 months)
1st-5th Grade - $11,560 per year ($963 per month for 12 months)
6th-12th Grade - $12,240 per year ($1020 per month for 12 months)
Matriculation (Annual Enrollment) fee is non-refundable and secures your student’s spot for the coming year.

For 1st Grade students and above, Covenant offers a tuition assistance program to enable students whose families could not otherwise afford full tuition to attend. This builds a sense of shared Christian community and mission on behalf of our Covenant children.
Applications are submitted with FACTS, a third-party agency. FACTS evaluates the application and makes a recommendation to the school's Financial Aid Committee. Some of the factors considered when determining the tuition amount include

Follow these steps to apply for tuition assistance:
- Apply for admission. Application and acceptance are required before applying for tuition assistance.
- Request online tuition assistance application from the business office.
- Apply for tuition assistance.
- Communication of award: Following the Financial Aid Committee’s review, you will be contacted by Covenant’s Business office via email regarding the award amount for the upcoming school year. Please note that tuition assistance applications are not reviewed until the family has enrolled at Covenant.
Financial Aid funds are limited, and current Covenant Academy families are given priority. We realize that applicants are anxious to learn financial aid awards. The award process is a priority and expedited as quickly as possible. If the financial aid amount awarded is not sufficient to secure your attendance, your enrollment fee will be refunded.
At Covenant, every family is required to make a financial investment in their child's education. Our commitment to providing Financial Aid means that we are sharing in that investment with you.
If a family is required to move more than sixty (60) miles from the school’s location and has prepaid, a partial refund in tuition may be warranted. Any request for a refund of tuition should be made, by letter, to the school Business Office.
If such a move takes place during the summer months, and the refund is approved, 100% of the paid tuition may be refunded retroactive to June 1.
If the move takes place during the academic year, and the refund is approved, a pro-rated portion of the tuition may be refunded based on the percentage of 180 days that the child is enrolled.
Withdrawals for any other reason do not cancel a family's contract or warrant a refund in tuition. Annual Enrollment fees are not refundable.
