Covenant Academy has had an exemplary history in the performing arts in regards to Drama and the Theater. Having previously won a Regional Championship for One Act Play in 2009, and again in 2016 and numerous students having won Outstanding Performance Awards, as well as Alumni pursuing their Theater passions at the collegiate level, Covenant looks to build on this firm foundation for a future of Theatrical excellence.

In the fall of 2014, Covenant Academy hosted GICAA’s Eastern Region One Act Competition. Covenant Academy partnered with New Town Macon, Main Street Macon, and the Historic Cox Capital Theater to bring seven competing schools, from across the state, to Downtown Macon for a day of Theater competition during the first week of November.
