Attend Open House/Take a Tour.

We encourage you to attend an open house to discover what makes Covenant Academy unique from other Christian schools in the area and to experience what we have to offer your family. There will be presentations by various administrators, teachers, and students; a time for questions and answers; and a tour of the facilities. We also invite you to visit Covenant Academy during school hours (8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.). You will have the opportunity to meet teachers and staff and briefly observe in the classrooms. You do not need an appointment to take a tour. Come to the front office in the Grammar School (single-story) building.

 

Submit Application.

Fill out an application HERE and submit a non-refundable $50.00 per student application fee.

• Request Pastoral Reference. If your child is applying for grades 6 – 12, request your pastor or youth pastor complete the Pastoral Reference via the online application.

 

 

Submit Records.

Submit a signed transcript request form or copies of student’s report card and test scores for the last two years.

Interview.

After your application has been processed, we will contact you to make an appointment for the Parent’s Interview with our Admissions Director.

 

 

Shadow & Test.

We will also arrange for your child to shadow at CA, usually including about an hour of testing.

 

 

Review.

After the completion of these steps, your file will be reviewed and you will be notified regarding acceptance. Once accepted, return your signed enrollment form and matriculation fee promptly to help ensure availability in a class.
