WELCOME TO GRAMMAR SCHOOL'S CLASSICAL BEGINNINGS
Where Moments of Wonder and Excitement Set a Firm Foundation.
The early grammar years K3, K4, and K5 are the gateway to your child’s educational journey, and the school you choose builds the foundation for learning. At Covenant, we understand that the foundation needs to be on Christ. If the foundation is laid on anything else, it will crumble.
Moments of wonder and excitement are when our children explore a world that is new to them. Students learn through songs and jingles, phonics, books, library time, hands-on art, and nature education. We cultivate and develop students to be virtuous by exploring bravery, wonder, diligence, responsibility, friendship, moderation, etc. We introduce etiquette and the joyful rigor of work, scripture memorization, catechism, and math concepts for mastery.
Kindergarten is filled with diligence and fun! A few activity highlights from the year include Pastries with Parents Program, Christmas Program, Grandparent Program, Field Trip to the Strawberry Farm, 50 Day Sock Hop Celebration, Penguin Day, Dr. Seuss Day, Singing at Mikado Seniors Christmas Lunch, and K5 Graduation.
